Update 10:38: Upstream service providers have had a peering issue causing traffic flowing over Liberty Global and Virgin Media backbones to drop, upstream service providers are restoring service. We will update once we have confirmation that the service is fully restored.

Update 10:42: Sharedband service traffic has been rerouted over alternate paths. Upstream services may still be affected but the impact be mitigated.

Update 10:51: Upstream engineering teams have advised that the issue has been resolved and the services should be online.
