At 11:35AM on the 23rd of February 2022 the London AS8 service experienced an unexpected restart. This cause a service interruption for customers connected to this service of between 10 and 30 seconds.

Engineers are investigating and have found this to be caused a software error which will be patched in an upcoming maintenance window.
