Service Disruption London 11 April 2017

12:00: We have noticed a 10 minute period of packet loss on an upstream network path from our London datacenter. This packet loss has caused some disruption to service. We are investigating with the upstream network to see if they are experiencing any long term outages. Updates to follow.

Update 12:30: There has been a significant network event in London affecting multiple networks, including the London Internet Exchange. This event has cleared and all services are operating within normal parameters. Engineers will continue to monitor.
