At Sharedband we pride ourselves in offering a reliable and resilient service to our customers.
During recent events, it has come to light that there is a problem with the power redundancy in our London data centre and we need to perform maintenance in order to correct this. Unfortunately, this maintenance work will be disruptive to all services.
The work is scheduled for the 15th May, between 01:00 and 04:00. During this time, we will be upgrading firmware on Power Distribution Units (PDU’s) and installing an additional PDU on our redundant power feed. Our engineers will be working as quickly and as carefully as possible and we do not anticipate that the service will be down for the entire period.
