13:35UTC UPDATE#1 We are investigating a failed network link with our upstream provider and actively trying to reroute traffic around the failure.
14:02UTC UPDATE#2 All traffic has now been re-routed and appears to be stable and passing normal levels of Traffic. We are now waiting for a full report from our upstream providers on the cause, resolution and preventative measure put into place to ensure this does not happen again. We will update the ticket once we have this information. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
