Engineers will be performing routine service maintenance at our London data centre nightly. This is part of an inbound set of rolling maintenance across the service and will be operated to ensure minimal customer disruption. Maintenance will occur Monday to Thursday.
Duration: 2 hours
Impact: Some customers running on single Multi-WAN devices may experience service disruption while their Sharedband routers reboot. This should last no more than 2 minutes and customers will only be interrupted once over the course of these nightly maintenance windows.
Update: This maintenance window has been extended to the 29th of October in order to minimize potential disruption.
