28/Nov/2016 One of our upstream providers is currently experiencing hardware failure which is causing disruption to our customers connected to the Chicago Aggregation Service. They are currently working restore full service but have yet to provide us with an estimated time of service restoration.

The hardware failure has been resolved and service has been restored. We are working with the provider to ensure no future reoccurrence of this failure.
