We have observed an upstream routing issue and our engineers are investigating alongside our peering partners.
Impact: A small subset of customers are having trouble connecting to the Internet.
16:50: Engineers have found the source of the issue and believe they have fixed the issue for all affected customers. We believe the issue was linked to routing through our London AS8 and London AS11 services.
We will monitoring overnight to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
Update 21/07/2022 12:46: We saw a short interruption of customer traffic for approximately 2 minutes due to a repeat of the upstream routing issue. We are working with out upstream provider to resolve this more permanently as per our emergency maintenances.
