Software upgrade in our US datacentres – Postponed to 15/06/2017 – Complete

This maintenance has been postponed from the 7th of June 2017 to the 15th of June 2017.

We will be performing Sharedband software upgrades in our US datacentres.

Date: 15th June 2017

Time: 9AM UTC

Duration: 3 hours

Details: All of our US services will be upgraded to the latest version of the Sharedband platform.

Impact: During this time, we expect brief disruption to service for customers connected our US services. Service interruptions of under 1 minute are to be expected at each of our US sites.
