Network and Server Maintenance London 03/07/2018 – Completed

On Tuesday morning the 3rd July, we will be performing a software update on our two data centre core routers. This update is to address a critical bug which could cause ethernet ports on the router to become unresponsive.

We will also be installing new Server hardware to increase capacity and service availability.

Router upgrade Impact:All customers will experience a brief disruption to service as the routers reboot. We will reboot the routers one at a time to limit the impact.

Server Upgrade Impact: Customers on AS1, AS2, AS3, AS4, AS5, AS6 and AS13 will experience a brief disruption as their services are migrated to the new hardware.
