We are experiencing problems with the Sharedband service in London affecting all Aggregation Servers. Engineers are investigating. Updates to follow.

Update 14:00: Engineers have moved default gateways to a standby router in order to stabilise the service. Investigations are still on going.

Update 16:00: Root cause for the outage is not known at present. Engineers have reverted gateway changes and are monitoring the service. All services are performing normally at present with no further signs of service degradation.

Update 17:20: We are experiencing problems on the Sharedband service in London again that is affecting all Aggregations servers. Engineers are investigating. updates to follow. Update 18:45: Sharedband has been under a sustained Denial of Service attack as of 12:54GMT. Engineers have implemented a filter list to scrub the malicious traffic and services have stabilised.
