This is impacting all Sharedband customers connecting to New York. We are waiting for an ETA on when the power will be restored. More updates to follow.

18:00 EST The hosting provider is still in the process of restoring power to services. We still do not have an ETA on when all power will be restored.

19:20 EST All services have been restored. The facility provider confirms that there was third party UPS maintenance that had a fault which caused loss of connectivity to our network equipment in New York.
