Update: Connectivity has been restored and we are seeing traffic level return to normal. We will provide a further update once our IP transit providers and our engineers have been able to find the root cause of this outage.

One of our upstream IP transit providers is currently experiencing issues with their network. This is having an impact on the Sharedband service, our engineers are assisting with the investigation and resolution of this issue as a matter of critical urgency.
