00:30 CDT – We are experiencing packet loss to services hosted in Chicago. We have raised a ticket with the hosting provider to investigate.
08:00 CDT – Hosting provider network engineers are still investigating the reported packet loss. We will provide further updates when we receive them.
11:00 CDT – The hosting provider found a faulty network uplink which was causing packet loss. The cable has since been replaced and the errors have cleared.
This incident is resolved.
